Okeydoke, go back and read what Larry wrote.  All the clues about what
is going wrong are there.

Yes you can.  It's only about picturing the sequence of events in your
mind.  The most important thing to grasp is that functions like
GDownloadUrl fire off requests to servers, but your javascript DOES
NOT STOP and wait for the resposnse.

Yes, it can be solved, its just a case of making sure the blocks of
code run at the right time.  You don't want to pass data to the
clusterer until you have that data. The only place to be sure you have
that data is after you have received it in the callback function of
your GDownloadUrl.
