You're going to need to provide a link to a demonstrator that we can test in different browsers, I'm afraid. I can't reproduce the problem. For my map at http://www.acleach.me.uk/gmaps/geocoder-zoom.htm I get these results in different browsers: IE6: ((49.224772722794825, -6.2841796875), (54.66112372206639, 4.74609375)) FF2: ((49.224772722794825, -6.2841796875), (54.66112372206639, 4.74609375)) Chr: ((49.224772722794825, -6.2841796875), (54.66112372206639, 4.74609375)) which is exactly what I would expect. It may be that you have found a problem with IE8, of course: we already know that's broken.
