No-one is being forced into learning. You may learn the skills to achieve something, or you may get someone else to it for you, or it may remain undone. If you really need to get something achieved, it's your own situation thats doing the "forcing" - whether that's business, hobby, life-and- death, or idle curiousity. There is no right to demand that others manage your goal for you; although you might try to persuade them, by making the project interesting or rewarding in some way. Dress it up in all the psuedo-psychology you like, thats the way the world works, which is off topic for this forum. What was your maps related issue?
