People aren't assets. Their mobile phones (which is probably what you
will be tracking) are assets. You aren't creating an enterprise map,
so you can track assets, providing your map is public and everyone
knows where your friends' phones are. Tracking *people* probably falls
foul of Term 10.1.1(f)(i).

See 9.1.2(b). You can actually sell a mobile app via an app store and
still not need a Premier licence (my reading is that you can only sell
the app, and not charge anything else for access to the maps).
