Many thanks for the quick response. I haven't recieved an information from google that they will block the IP address.
We use the free version which allows a geocoding of 2.500 records per day. The problem is that the request isn't a geocoding it is just a request to find something on the map. Due to that issue I'm not sure if it make sence to reprogram the application in such a way that the IP address from the client would be used.
