Dear Davie,

The plug-in asks first for the address. After that the system shows
the map with the 10 nearest opticians.

I can't provide the source code of this plug-in, because it's part of
a CMS.

We know that we break the rules, but this was happen due to a bug that
we haven't recognized. It should be possible reactivate this IP-
address. We are also willing to pay for the effort or for breaking the
rules as long as it works again.
