Not currently supported, I'm afraid. The only API that prints well is the
Static Maps API, which is limited to 640x640 pixels.

Hand-stitching tiles is prohibited under the Maps API Terms of Use, I'm
afraid.

There may be such options when using Enterprise licensing, I don't know for
sure, better check with sales at http://www.google.com/enterprise/earthmaps/
