Hi, I am trying to create a custom overlay for the world map, but I cannot figure out how to use the photoshop tile cutter correctly together with the Alignment tool. I have tried a dozen times to run the tile cutter but I just cant seem to be getting the right tiles. I have recorded a short video (no audio) to show you my exact process.
