Still much too complex.  Please eliminate the stylesheets, the
templates, the meta tags, the footer, the page tracker, the facebook
stuff, the other decorative stuff not pertinent to the map.  I could
do it myself but I am really busy.  I agree it is a PolyCluster bug
but in order to fix it I must be able to run something very simple.
