PolyCluster itself cannot be discarded without total chaos.
I use:
cluster.load({shorttrip:[],othertrip:[], ... });
or
cluster.load({shorttrip:null,othertrip:null, ... });
to discard polys. What you are doing appears to be equivalent.
You may have to call "setColor" to flush the existing polys from the
screen.
cluster.setColor(["shorttrip","othertrip", ... ],{});
PolyCluster ought to do it for you. It is a bug. I will fix it.
I have found the other problem. I will have a solution soon.
