I noticed that after I sent the message, sorry.  Maybe some other
people will see the enhancement request and vote for it, I did.

I could be wrong, but I wouldn't expect the google engineers to be
able to answer legal questions about the TOU and I wouldn't expect
google legal people to be looking at this group.  The managers have
sometimes piped up on questions like this if they knew the answer or
had an opinion.

If they implement the overview map, it becomes a moot point and it is
pretty high up on the list, I'm not sure why it hasn't been
implemented (now that question one of the google engineers might
answer).
