I have to side with Don,  It has nothing to do with recognition what
so ever. Google is accepting masses of junk for themes and
occasionally a few nice ones get through. That being said who the hell
wants to wade through tons, tons and tons of themes from foreheads,
dogs noses, sunglasses, strangers babies and to top it the one with
John Wayne Gacy a serial killer.  Further more Google is not listening
cause they are promoting their online theme creator software that
spews this trash out! So Don has it right there should be a selection
for people who take time to create interesting and creative themes not
the trash I mentioned above.  Many people don't even wade through them
any longer.
