Google only needs to put all the user created themes, personal themes,
in one category that is completely separate from the rest. I think
that Don and several others are taking this a little bit to seriously.
Are you getting paid to do your themes? Or are you trying to stroke
your ego? I think you are concentrating too much on declaring how you
are an 'experienced designer' and poor you. I know I'm weeping.
