Brose, I feel for you, and I think we all do. The truth is that most of the designers who used this platform in its early days have long since abandoned it, precisely because of the sorts of issues you raise. You're not the only one whose business has been affected, but as these issues have been ongoing for over a year now, most of us have given up. My personal opinion is that iGoogle themes were created predominantly for Google to provide (and promote) their own, and those officially sponsored by them. The public API appears to have been an afterthought, and one that has never been supported in any meaningful sense. The answer to your question, then, is basically NO. There's no official presence from Google on this forum the vast majority of the time. Occasionally - once a month or so - a Google employee will stop by and post something, but that's the extent of it. Nothing happens to address the real issues. It's been suggested that you can contact someone at Google by using the "email the group owner" feature available at the following address: http://groups.google.com/group/google-themes-api/post?sendowner=1. I haven't tried it myself, mostly because even when you do get someone's attention, nothing substantial happens anyway. I wish you all the best of luck.
