I have been indexing old Swedish Genealogy records (specifically the
Värmland HFLs), and I frequently use the service to translate an
unfamiliar word. Often I find that the translation service does not
have a particular word. Either because it is misspelled, uses an
obsolete spelling, is abbreviated, or is no longer in use, or any
combination thereof. I will then do a more broad web search for it,
and when I come up with a translation I am certain of, I will then
return to Google translate and "suggest a better translation."

My question is: Is it worthwhile to suggest a better translation for
words that are misspelled or out of common service?
