Thanks for your message.

Yeah, I would assume that Google would be fine with me providing links
to their translation service on my website, but it is just that I'm
not sure if this constitutes an 'automated query' which would violated
the terms of service.  I have not received any error messages to this
effect, but I read a comment somewhere that said that using the
translator links like this would incur some sort of penalty from
Google.   Since I haven't been able to find any information about this
elsewhere I'm just trying to figure out how I can ask Google directly
so that I can avoid any penalties in the search results from my
site.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?
