There seems to be some issue with googlesource.com where search queries are giving erroneous results, which is causing Jenkins to fail to notice patches that should be presubmitted. I've contacted the googlesource team and will be trying to watch out for any affected patch sets, but please feel free to ping me in the mean time if you notice Jenkins hasn't tested your patch in a while and you don't see any pending gwt.presubmit jobs at build.gwtproject.org.
