It can't be possible that nobody else out there with a Treo 650 is not having this problem. I've deleted, moved, and re-input appointments, synced, fixed them, then re-fixed them. I've downloaded the patch at http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads/dst_palmos.html and ran it.
No matter what I do, the times between my Treo and Gcal will not match up. It's set to network time, which shows the time correctly. The aggravating part is that some will sync correctly, and some won't. I can't figure out what makes some of them ignore the time difference and come out correctly, and some not. HOW DO I FIX THIS!!! It almost makes this goosync with the calendar useless. If my wife and I can't count on the appointments I put in and sync to be correct, what good is it!!
