It might not be what you are looking for (doesn't sync OTA), but I have installed SyncMyCal and it is working great synchronizing between Outlook and Google Cal. So, if you can successfully sync with Outlook, then you can load up everything to Google, and vice versa. It might be cumbersome for some, but I hot sync multiple times per day with my office computer, so this is not an issue for me. SyncMyCal seems to work really well.
