The server logs show that for your last sync the device sent its data to GooSync (it was a slow sync so the device sent all its data to be checked against Google), GooSync replied to the device saying "OK" for this data (GooSync was preparing to process this data and send it to Google), but the device didn't reply back to GooSync. The device should have sent a message back either with more data for processing or with a request for GooSync's next message. Neither of these were received by GooSync. Considering the device showed a "Server not responding" message it indicates that either the device never recevied the last message from GooSync, or the device sent its next request but it never reached the server (hence GooSync not replying). Either way this message indicates a breakdown in communication between the device and GooSync. It's possible that the device (or more specifically your network provider) could have terminated the connection if it was taking too long for GooSync to reply (which can happen in the event of a large number of events being synchronised). Development have been working on changes to the code that should help keep the connection "alive" in order for the certain devices/network providers to keep their connections open. We're hoping we can get this update available for GooSync early next week.
