Hi All Thanks for the details of your problems, especially mentioning which device you have the problem with. At the moment we have found that certain devices are having problems supporting either categories or alarms, tow of the most recent additions to our service. I am currently putting together a list of devices that this affects and development are working on a fix for this as we speak.
Luigi you W800i has a problem with supporting Alarms. Usman you N73 is the same. Maec your W810i doesn't like categories. If you all keep an eye on the group Current issues page I will update it with any extra info I get.
