Hi Windziarz Can you tell me what device you are using? We looked at the issue and are not sure why your tasks are being removed.
Could you check for me that your sync settings don't include tasks. That is in the sync settings there is sometimes the option to sync tasks as well as calendar events. The tasks sync should be de-selected as it doesn't work with GooSync. If this isn't the problem please provide me with your GooSync username so I can check your sync logs.
