That suggests that the same problem would occur if the date of an
event were moved outside the current sync window (for instance, if I
have a meeting that gets moved from this month to next month).  That
strikes me as kind of problematic.  (On the other hand, just leaving
it on the phone on its old date is also not correct.)

As a paid user, I use a pretty large sync window, but that just means
I'm less likely to run into this case, rather than that I will never
run into this case.

Not a huge deal, since it's a pretty rare situation, but it would be
nice to handle it "correctly" (for some value of "correctly" that I
don't quite have defined :-).
