Yes this would also happen if an event in Google was moved to a date
outside the sync window (the data extracted from Google for the sync
window would not include this event so it would be detected as a
delete and sent as such to the device).

However this will not be the same if an event on the device is moved
outside of the sync window. This event will be sent to GooSync with a
date outside of the sync window and GooSync will detect this and mark
the change as pending. Now if it's an existing event (i.e. it has been
synced to Google previously) it will be marked as pending server
replace and the change will not be sent to Google until such time that
it falls within the sync window.

This means that, until that time is reached, you will have an event on
your device at a different date/time to the event in Google.
