There I was just about to pay for the 2 year version and low and behold the "soft reset loop" happened. Lost about a months worth of valuable data. I use Agendus Pro so there may be a conflict there. I would love to install again but fear for my Palm as I hate doing a hard reset as my power button is on the blink. Maybe you should warn TX users as I am not the only person this has happened to, see here
