Hi,

Can you both tell me what version of the GooSync client you are using
on your devices?

We've recently uploaded release 3.0.2.1 to the site (http://
www.goosync.com/downloads/GooSyncPalmClient.zip). This release
contains additional fixes to help with the reset issues encountered on
the Palm T|X and related devices.

If you're not using this release I strongly suggest that you update
and try syncing.

If you're already using this version, or if updating has no effect,
please let me know asap.
