All of these community edition will take a while to put together, but once we have some modules and packages pieced how we like them, they'll be easy to continue building newer spins on, ie Interpid based and later versions.
Look for the following gOS releases over the coming months: Gadgets Gnome Final Release - Mid September UMPC 'Specialized Gnome Interface' Edition - Mid September XFCE Legacy Edition - Late September LXDE & E17 Editions - Possible Mid October to Mid-November (maybe Intrepid based) There has been very premature talk of maybe doing a KDE4 spin, but we have no KDE development volunteers to take up such a mega project. Our Lead Dev is working hard with the E17 Editions and the LXDE and XFCE spins won't be too difficult.
