I am so new to this, and I'm interested in getting to know how linux
works, but first I really have to get wifi up and running!
I successfully installed gOS to my Acer Aspire One, and I've been
searching for a way to get wifi to work with what little knowledge I
have. I've downloaded madwifi and read how to build and install it and
I'm kind of just baffled when it comes to actually getting going. I
really want to understand this, and I've already had a few successes
using terminal. Can somebody please post a step-by-step guide to
getting wifi to work for me? Thanks in advance to the kind soul who
can walk me through this.
