Well... I did buy my computer refurbished... but it's been in perfect
working order ever since the day I bought it. And on another note, I
was able to boot a previous version of gOS live on this very computer
and it worked fine. I believe it was gOS Space. Thanks for the help
you provided though. It might not actually be that much of a problem
because this computer isn't the one that I wanted to install it on.
I'm planning on installing it on my laptop when it arrives (being
shipped from home, I'm in college). So I guess all hope is not lost?
