That is a question that only the programmers of gOS 3 know, perhaps
not even they are aware of why your particular driver was left out, or
does not work, perhaps they just forgot to tag an option while
compiling the kernel.
I am in no way imbued with special knowledge about gOS innards, so
don't ask me...

Nobody (certainly not here) can give you such a step by step
compendium, the gOS community is simply too small to make it likely
another user came across the very same problem.

Find a source of information that explains how to install the Linux
Attansic L1 driver on top of Ubuntu 8.04, and apply that knowledge to
gOS 3, and it -might- work.3. Perhaps the people at the Ubunto forums
can help you out better than I can, see:
