After booting and liking, I'm trying to install the latest release gOS on a Lenovo X41 Tablet PC. The bootable works great, but I'm having an issue when running the installer.
In the partition/guided step, it properly identifies my hard drive and primary OS (XP Tablet), suggests that it would like to take 20GB of space for a partition to install gOS, which I approve. Once I click to commit the changes I get the error message "Too small size". I've also tried the manual option but I get nowhere. I am not currently entertaining the idea of using the entire disk because I'm not 100% about the whereabouts of my recovery CD's for this particular unit. I was able to drag between the partitions and make the primary XP Tablet partition larger. Then, the install seemed to progress properly. Was I supposed to assume which parition was "Too small size"? Both were equally sized, so this was a strange error message or I'm not understanding what it was meaning. Thanks for any pointers on why I may have received this, or if I misinterpreted it. I'm a long time IT person and computer builder, but have done very little in the Linux realm. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "gOS Linux" group.
