It installed flawlessly on my Dell Latitude D420. I am able to dual-
boot into either Vista or gOS 3.0. This laptops uses a 1.2 GHz ultra-
low voltage Core Duo. It takes Vista 5+ minutes to boot and to have
the hard disk stop thrashing long enough for me to launch Firefox.
With gOS, I am able t get to the desktop in way less than 1 minute.
All the applications launch fine from the dock. Machine stays very
responsive. I now use gOS 60-70% of the time and only go to Vista when
I absolutely have to.

I've also had good luck installing it on a Dell Optiplex 745 desktop,
where gOS boots in about 15 seconds. I also installed it to dual-boot
on my wife's laptop, which is a Dell Latitude D410. It's nice to have
a complete OS as a "backup" to when Windows is misbehaving.
