Is your drive formatted? If so, one problem might be that your CD/DVD drive is 
either unplugged or broken. another option would be trying to upgrade BIOS. go 
to dell support page, i beleive they have BIOS upgrades for all computers. 
after that u RAWwrite the file to a flash drive and reinstall BIOS and it might 
work after that.
