Hello forum. Thanks for your help on the few issues I have run into.
My final issues relate to my wireless network and webcam.
I've gone through the help posts and installed some new packages
recommended, but still no connection. Processed complete:
*Followed 20xt6 suggestion for an ipw driver backport from the hardy
generic package with no change in LED or connection.
*I've loaded the ndiswrapper and selected my windows vista wireless
driver (netw5v32). I now show hardware present, but still no activity,
and when I go to edit wireless networks there is nothing available.
*I tried to pull up the wicd package as suggested but it doesn't pull
up in package manager even with backport available. Please help with
any ideas.
