A bad joke? Hmm. Seems like someone has a lot of issues with people breaking into his system. I'd find new friends. I installed gOS onto an MT3418 laptop and installed all patches without issues. Ran very quickly and everything functioned as expected. It was also quite secure with no breakins whatsoever. The only issue I had was that the wireless in the MT3418 sucks balls so I had to buy a separate wireless tool. Tested it was pleased with gOS. My only issue is that i need too many other windows apps right now to go completely opensource and run that exclusively. So...back to ummm...VISTA which also sucks balls.
