Almost three years ago, we created a Participation Metrics module to
develop, monitor, and analyze metrics relating to participation in the
Mozilla project.
Though I've been something of an absentee owner for a while, that has
not stopped the work of this module from having valuable impact on the
project, thanks in a big way to the efforts of David Boswell.
Today I would like to recognize that reality and nominate David Boswell
to take over as module owner for Participation Metrics.
