David has been doing great work in this area and I think this is a good
nomination to consider.
A couple things that it would be helpful to know as part of the discussion:
* What are the scope and goals of the participation metrics module?
* Who are the peers? Do you and David think we need new / more peers?
* David, do you have short term priorities / ideas on what needs to
happen within the scope of this module?
This is definitely important, so it's great to see David's motion and
leadership here.
