Discussion on this change has been positive, so let's go ahead and make
it official.
Thank you Asa, for starting this module, for your interest in the topic,
and for empowering a new owner to lead. I'm going to add a new role to
the Mozilla Roles and Responsibilities page of "Former Module Owners" so
that we have a way of recognizing people who have built something and
then empowered others to lead, so feel free to refer to yourself in that
way if you like :-)
Thank you David for leading this effort going forward. Please feel free
to edit the module owners page to reflect this, and the revised list of
peers.
