The advantage of linking to Mozillians is that if the person changes their email address they will only need to update Mozillians.
Interesting point about bugmail vs personal mail. Under accounts you can select Bugzilla (BMO). The Reps profile explicitly asks for both and labels them as such. Maybe we want to force this labeling distinction on Mozillians as well. I can see many Mozillians only wishing to share their bugmail. We shouldn't assume that the email provided is also the bugzilla address.
