This thread was started by a community member. And then Michael Kelly showed 
how he went looking for explanations like he usually does for Mozilla stuff and 
found nothing (and he's @mozilla.com!). This is about Mozillians in general not 
knowing what this new announced thing is about, how it works, how it aligns to 
the mission, etc.

Intranet is behind MoCo (and MoFo?) LDAP, so only a small fraction of 
Mozillians can see it.
