Hey, I have preferred and used Mozilla for over 6 years. Your lack of tolerance for people who are different, who think differently than YOU, seems to elevate and entitles you to make someone leave who has contributed so much to Mozilla--Unbelievable.
Now, Mozilla's favorable standing with me is in jeopardy. Mozilla need to Get totally rid of your obvious 'Intolerance, lack of free speech, exclusivity, non-diversity' stance, or lose the base that keeps you in place. Be who you claim to be, stand up for that, instead of pretending it. Diversity means embracing all people, regardless of their thinking, sex, age, ugliness, beauty, etc. Where is the equality in this situation here? SHAME, SHAME ON YOU AT MOZILLA. What would you have done, if Brendan had been a sex-changed man, who had simply changed his mind about anything----(OR ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO EVER CHANGE OUR MINDS OR BELIEFS??), but condemned forever. Brendan Eich deserved better than this from Mozilla. Too bad for him that he is of that segment of society that now has to be cast down. A White Male who has beliefs about marriage that honor women. Too bad. Total outrage. But, someone with this much knowledge and ability will land on his feet, and I will join his next creation--as I am sure he has learned a lesson about non-diversity and intolerance from working at Mozilla.
