As noted elsewhere, the first couple of paragraphs in Mitchell's post
are not well expressed.

I'm fortunate to have been privy to lots of private discussions that
make it clear that Mitchell supported Brendan -- she's a member of the
board that appointed him in the first place -- but I can see how easy
it is for people without access to that extra information to
misconstrue those words. It's unfortunate. I've heard there's another
post coming soon that hopefully will be clearer.

I'm glad you've found Firefox useful in the past and I hope you can
reconsider your decision to stop using it.
