I understand how you feel.  As Nick has said, please consider that the picture 
we have as outsiders is not necessarily complete.  Also, please don't assume 
that the board is happy with what happened or how they handled it.  I encourage 
you to not overreact or react too quickly.

We do have common goals, and we need each other to achieve them.  There is on 
this planet an endless assault on privacy, human rights, openness, and freedom, 
and the Internet has become a powerful medium through which this war is waged.  
Mozilla is not perfect, but it's a vital player in this struggle.

This whole mess was caused by a failure to forgive and move on.  Let us not 
perpetuate the cycle.  Let us demonstrate a better way forward.
