Or, at least, there should be a (potentially redacted) version of the meeting notes available to the public. I remember reading the meeting notes via planet when I wasn't yet actively contributing: it was a fairly important part of following the project for me. I wouldn't, however, have tried to become a vouched Mozillian just to read the notes, so I simply wouldn't have read them.
