I beg to disagree. It is straightforward. Though, re-wording it may be better.
Based on my understanding: It simply implies that the Agreement is executed between Mozilla and You, being the volunteer. The Agreement is Non-Transferable nor can be extended to any other individual other than the one who executed it.
