Thanks to Denelle and Mardi for posting a new version of this doc -- it's great to see that this is addressing the feedback and concerns from the earlier versions. I agree with Gijs and Kairo about all of the different non-financial ways that volunteers get compensated for their involvement and we wouldn't want to preclude any of that. Seems like we could address that more clearly with some minor tweaks.
