So apparently all release drivers for Thunderbird and Module Owners and Peers have access to this data.
Might it make sense to become a member in one of those groups to have access? I believe you were already proposing a change in module ownership? Is that URL what you would call the list of "core products"? You have to click on "All Mozilla-based Products" to see the next tier, which includes SeaMonkey, Lightning, and ChatZilla.
