I don't think "readthedocs.io" provides a valuable service. It's a static website built from Sphinx. This would be free, without ads, on many services. I guess the problem I have with this is that it looks a little corrupt. Like, why is Mozilla supplying display advertising real estate to "readthedocs.io", when it could easy host the pages itself, or on github, at zero cost?
