I've made some progress on this - see [https://bitbucket.org/njgraham/gpc-
pcornet-cdm gpc-pcornet-cdm on Bitbucket].
I chatted with Hubert at UNMC and he was interested to take a look and see
if he can easily run the code against UNMC data. I plan to see if I can
work with Hubert today or tomorrow via phone/screen sharing.
