Alex at UTHSCSA has a design modification idea for the
[https://bitbucket.org/njgraham/gpc-pcornet-cdm/ gpc-pcornet-cdm ETL code]
that only modifies the metadata (no inserts into the concept_dimension).
I gave he and Angela write access to [https://bitbucket.org/njgraham/gpc-
pcornet-cdm/ gpc-pcornet-cdm] so that he can try out the new design on a
branch.
Angela has already gotten the current code running in their environment.
